Though he may be known by many names, be it Lord Krishna or Lord Jagannath, His power is one, his aura second to none.

Indeed, so powerful is He that the entire universe bows in supplication, just like our weavers at Orissa Handloom, who decided to use His blessings to weave a Bomkai silk saree using the Jala technique depicting the Mandap where the Dola Utsav of Lord Jagannath takes place.

This saree, as you can see, is dotted with motifs of birds, kites and universal celestial bodies as well, on the aanchal and pallu respectively. It has a Maroon colored body with a black border, which are the colors of Lord Jagannath.
